Y's Kids Mothers' Group

The experience of abuse can leave women with unique parenting challenges. It can affect you as a mother and it can affect the behaviour and emotions of your children.

 

The Y's Kids Mothers' Group is a facilitated 10 week group program to share information and support as you parent children who have been exposed to violence in the home.

  • Understanding Children's Experiences
  • Safety Planning for Women and Children
  • Helping Children to Understand Responsibility for Abuse
  • Helping Children Express Anger in Healthy Ways
