Girls' Conference

The YWCA Week Without Violence is a nationwide initiative to unite Canadians against violence in our communities.  Last year more than 45,000 people in over 600 schools, workplaces and community organizations across Canada participated.

The Power of Being a Girl is an all Girls' Conference held during the Week Without Violence. The conference focuses on mobilizing girls' leadership and addressing girls' developmental needs. To find out more about girls' conference plans in Regina this October, call the YWCA at 525-2141.
