GirlSpace

GirlSpace is a national YWCA “Turning Point Program” addressing key social issues facing young women.

GirlSpace provides leadership opportunities, promotion of healthy and positive self-esteem and participatory hands-on activities including creative expression, group discussion and physical activities. The program includes enthusiastic guest speakers, a delicious snack and many opportunities for girls ages 12-16 to make friendships and gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. Program standards and ethical guidelines such as confidentiality and safety are established to protect girls in the program.

GirlSpace program sessions are not currently scheduled—watch for future announcements.
