Build bone and muscle, increase cardiovascular ability and improve balance and flexibility, all the while meeting new friends and having fun!
YOGA STRETCH
Wednesdays, 2:00 to 3:00 pm
September 22 to December 8
This is a modified Hatha Yoga class. Work at your own pace. You don’t need to be flexible. This class will develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Learn to relax your mind and body. This is a great class for beginners, older adults and people of all fitness levels.
Payment Options
Drop-in rate: 4.50 per class plus GST
Punch Pass: 10 classes $35.00 plus GST
