Build bone and muscle, increase cardiovascular ability and improve balance and flexibility, all the while meeting new friends and having fun!
Yoga Stretch
Wednesdays, January 18 - March 29, 1:30 - 2:30 pm
Yoga helps develop strength, endurance and flexibility in addition to relaxing the mind and body!
