Cardio Pilates Combo

 

Class description

 

The class combines the core strengthening and postural qualities of Pilates with a vigorous cardiovascular workout. Doing Pilates with an elevated heart rate allows you to burn more calories as you build your long, lean muscles. So if you do a workout that combines cardio and Pilates, you will create a calorie deficiency and build muscle in one amazing workout!
