Fitness Classes
At YWCA Regina, we have two categories of Fitness Classes:
- Member classes are free to those holding a YWCA Membership, and are also open on a Drop-In basis as space allows.
- Pre-registered classes are available only to those who register for the session. A discount is provided to YWCA members.
