Yoga for Relaxation

“Yoga for Relaxation” embraces Hatha and Ashtanga Asana (postures), with Yogic breathing that would bring about a state of relaxation and self awareness.
Yoga is rooted from the Sanskrit word “Yuj”, which means union of the Body, Mind and Soul. This is what “Yoga for Relaxation” aspires to bring into a practitioner.
This holistic practice would in time, bring one to build endurance, flexibility and awareness of inner potentials.
The following practices are taught to bring about awareness:
- Chakra (Energy Centres) and Nadi (Energy Channels)
- Relaxation
- Asana
- Yoga Nitra
- Yogic Breathing
- Meditation
- Healing
