Zumba

Wednesday and Saturday classes taught by Roselle Bancescu

 

Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and a hip hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

Sunday, 1:00 - 2:00 pm

Jan. 8 - March 11 (10 Classes)

 

Monday, 5:45 - 6:45 pm

Jan. 9 - March 12 (10 Classes)

 

Wednesday, 5:30 - 6:30

Jan. 11 - March 14 (10 classes)

 

Saturday, 10:00 - 11:00 am

Jan. 14 - March 17 (10 classes)

 

Fees

 

Non-members:   $75.00 for 10-week session

                          or if you sign up for 2 sessions, $139.00

Drop-in:              $9.52
