Terms & Conditions
- All members must present and leave a current membership card at the member service desk before using the facility. If a member has lost or misplaced their membership card, the member can get one new card free of charge. Additional membership cards will be subject to a $10.00 replacement fee.
- There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned cheques including Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF).
- Cancellation Fee Policy: No refunds will be issued on one-month memberships, daily drop-ins or punch passes. No refunds will be issued on Yearly memberships unless for medical reasons (doctor's note required) or for relocation out of the city. The refund will be prorated based on the date of commencement to the date of cancellation. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all refunds. (No exceptions) All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Members cancelling their Pre-Authorized Payments, must give thirty days notice in writing.
- Patrons must be 14 years of age or older and a parent or guardian's signature is required for patrons under 18 years of age. For those 14 to 18 years of age, verification of age (birth certificate, driver's license or other approved document) is required at the time of application. All 14 to 18 year old members are required to attend an orientation session.
- Food, beverages, knapsacks, gym bags and outdoor clothing will not be permitted in the training area.
- Locker A is a fragrance free area.
- Proper gym attire is mandatory. No halter-tops, sports bras, cut off or ripped garments will be permitted. Clean athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No sandals or street shoes allowed.
- There is a maximum 40-minute time limit on all cardio machines.
- All equipment must be cleaned after use. Cleaning products provided.
- Members are reminded to use the steam and sauna responsibly. It is not recommended to stay in for more than 10 minutes.
- Some of the drop-in fitness classes are limited in number. All drop-in classes are first come, first serve basis.
- Any person causing malicious damage to the facility or equipment in the facility will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement of such damage. Failure to pay for said damages may result in the termination of the membership until payment has been received.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Lost and found items will be kept on site for 30 days.
- The Health Club will be closed on all statutory holidays. Other closures for repairs and maintenance will be posted.
- Memberships are not transferable.
- All applicants will be asked to sign that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
