The position requires the ability to work in a challenging environment. Some of the responsibilities are answering phone calls on a switchboard, taking payments, operating a point of sales system and general office work. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, respond to customer and resident needs, and observe and record observations in a clear and objective manner.
