Body
Composition Assessment
The Body Composition Assessment is a confidential,
professional session in which lifestyle and current health
issues are assessed. Each session includes a body composition
analysis of girth measurements, a BMI analysis and optional
skinfold caliper assessment. Individual results, goals and
objectives will be used to develop realistic recommendations
to improve health and fitness at the end of each session.
This assessment is approximately 30 minutes. Please come
prepared with loose clothing.

Health Assessment
The Health Assessment is a safe and flexible
analysis of an individual’s health and lifestyle. Each
session is tailored to the needs and health status of the
individual. Assessments may involve an analysis of body composition,
flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness.
The Personal Trainer will review the results of completed
components with the individual during each session and make
recommendations for the improvement and maintenance of the
individual’s health and fitness.
This assessment is approximately 1 1/2 hours in length.
Please come prepared with active wear and appropriate foot
wear.

Health
Assessment and Personal Training Combo
The Health Assessment and Personal Training
Combo is an extension of the health assessment tailored specifically
for individual needs and goals. An initial health assessment
will be given follow with a three session training package.
Each one will develop a program for you and your goals. Each
program will consist of detailed descriptions and exercises
for flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. During
this consultation the individual will by given one-on-one
demonstrations and tutorials.
This assessment is approximately 1 hour in length. Please
come prepared with active wear and appropriate foot wear.

Follow-Up
The Consultation Follow-Up allows individuals
to update and advance their program goals and objectives and
learn new exercises for flexibility, strength and cardiovascular
fitness. The consultation follow-up consists of one-on-one
tutorials and demonstrations and an updated program design.
This
assessment is 1 hour in length. Please come prepared with
active wear and appropriate foot wear.

Personal
Training is a safe and practical environment for individuals
needing the encouragement of professional trainers. A personal
trainer will set up a program for you tailored to your fitness
goals and will coach you through your fitness routine. Each
individual will receive one-on-one training and will work
with the trainer to reach their goals and objectives. Exercises
will be advanced as you progress.
